Welcome to the Student Union Building Room Booking System! Follow the steps below to reserve a space in the SUB.

Note: be sure to check your email for your request & confirmation emails. All cancellations made less than 48 hours from the booked date will be non-refundable.

Bookings must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the date required.

All reservations follow the policies outlined in the SUB Operating Policies. Found Breach of any SUB Operating policies may result in additional charges or a ban from future reservations in the SUB.

Re-occurring reservations will only be accepted on a semesterly basis. Those groups wishing to renew their days/times can submit their renewal request one month in advance of the semester end.
