Welcome to the Student Union Building Room Booking System! Follow the steps below to reserve a space in the SUB.

Note: be sure to check your email for your request & confirmation emails. All cancellations made less than 48 hours from the booked date will be non-refundable.

Bookings must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the date required.

All reservations follow the policies outlined in the SUB Operating Policies. Found at:ufvsus.ca/facilities. Breach of any SUB Operating policies may result in additional charges or a ban from future reservations in the SUB.

Re-occurring reservations will only be accepted on a semesterly basis. Those groups wishing to renew their days/times can submit their renewal request one month in advance of the semester end.
